*Pricing assumes shed location is cleared, debris free, easily accessible by foot within 150' of parking, and relatively level.*

* In North Carolina any shed over 12' in any dimension may require a building permit, whether built on site or delivered assembled. Depending on your jurisdiction, a zoning permit may be required for a shed of any size. These are the responsibility of the homeowner and can be obtained through your local city or county zoning and/or building inspections department. We are happy to assist if needed with drawings, dimensions etc. We can also obtain all necessary zoning and building permits for an additional charge.
