How to Order Your Backyard Discovery Gazebo

1. Prepare Your Install Area
Your installation area must be level and ready before delivery. We strongly recommend a concrete slab, patio surface, or reinforced wood deck for the best long-term stability and performance.

2. Request Your Official Quote
Call, text, or email us to receive your final installed price and schedule availability. We’ll confirm product selection, site conditions, and delivery details.

3. Place Your Order & Secure Delivery
Once payment is submitted, we place your order directly with the manufacturer and keep you updated on expected delivery timing.

We can accept delivery on your behalf and store your product in our conditioned warehouse until install day (available for an additional fee).
If you accept delivery yourself, we recommend storing the product inside a garage or covered area until installation (typically no more than 1–2 weeks).

4. Professional Installation
Our experienced installation crew arrives and completes most builds in 1–2 days, delivering a clean, secure, and professionally finished structure.
